Welcome to the custom worlds created by My Sim Realty!  None of the worlds you see below use any custom content, nor do they require any store items or Stuff Packs!  Each world has its own page with descriptions, lot details, link to a save file (if applicable) and a large picture gallery.  Please limit your downloads to one or two at a time.  Given the size of these files, having people download 3+ worlds at a time auses a lot of strain on the server and it can be shut down.  Thank you!

Small Worlds
	Winchester Farming Community Requires Sims 3 Base Game + WA + Ambitions + Late Night + Pets (Generations optional) This world has a new version updated for Island Paradise. World Size:   Small Description:  This updated farming world features dirt roads, farmlands, and rustic old west charm!  This world does have a save file if you want a populated world.
	Redwood Harbor Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Generations (recommended) World Size:   Small Type of World:  Mountainous, Island, Wooded, Universal Look Description:  This small world is a remake of the older Elk Cove.  It has thick redwood trees, a very rustic, wooded look and two ponds with waterfalls.  Rabbit holes are buried to keep the theme.  This world does have a save file if you wanted a populated world.
	Cloverdale Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Pets World Size:   Small Type of World:  Small horse friendly island with a waterfall and trails Description:  This small world is very horse friendly and has several large lots, including: three 64x64, one 60x60 and two 50x50.  It is predominately empty house wise - it does have all rabbit holes, two homes (including one starter) and a big park, cat park and dog park.
	Pagoda Isles Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures World Size:   Small Type of World:  Tropical, Far Eastern, Island, Universal Look Description:  This compact island features a tropical feel with red cobblestone roads, old ruins and an asian theme.

Medium - Large Worlds
	Evansdale County - Updated for Island Paradise & Extended Version Requires Sims 3 Base Game + AM + LN + PET + SHO + SN + SEA + UNI + IP World Size:   Medium Type of World:  A warm and sunny world with half city and half town with farming and mobile home area. Description:  If your sims crave a warmer environment then you will want to check out Evansdale County.  This world utilizes the lighting from Monte Vista which gives a very warm feeling.  There are two waterfalls, one on each side.  This world has a city on one side which is only a short commute from the town.  There are several open lots to accommodate new lots from EA.  This world is smaller and built more for speed.  There is a version that does not require Island Paradise.
	Anne Arbor Requires Sims 3 Base Game + AM + LN + PET + SHO + SN (UPDATED FOR SEASONS!) World Size:   Large Type of World:  Thick forests with a city and town and swamp on the other side. Description:  If your sims want to live in the quiet countryside - complete with coffee shops, a little mobile home park and shops - or want to live in a bustling city with hot night life and glamour - this is the world.  A city on one side, a small town on the other and about a 40 minute taxi commute to the other side.  This version is completely different from the archived version which does not need to be uinstalled to install this version.
	Anju Falls Requires Sims 3 Base Game + WA + Pets (LN, AM and SHO recommended but not required) World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Arid tropical trio of islands with dirt roads and mysterious falls. Description:  If your sims dream of living on a tropical island with dusty dirt roads, arid heat and unique charm you should check out Anju Falls!  The large island has a town center and there are mysterious falls all around the island from a magical water source that is said to have healing powers.
	Storybrook County Requires Sims 3 Base Game + WA + AM + LN + Pets (UPDATED THRU ISLAND PARADISE!) World Size:   Large Type of World:  Half city, half town with farmlands Description:  This stunning world is a city and a town on each side of the hills.  The city side has a beautiful creek alongside with two waterfalls.  The town has rolling farmlands surrounding it and everything for your sims.  You can live on either side with few careers exclusively in one part.  This world has a lite version with no lots that needs just WA.
	Meadow Glen Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Ambitions + Late Night + Pets (Generations optional) World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Rural, Farming, Regular Town Description:  This is a beautiful town with a large farming side.  This world does have a save file if you want a populated world.  There is an archived base game only version.
	Dragon Falls Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Ambitions + Late Night + Pets (a few Generations items used) World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Tropical, Asian, Island Description:  This hybrid combines the map of Cascade Shores & the tropical, asian theme of the Pagoda Isles.  This world does have a save file if you wanted a populated world.
	Brooklyn Heights Reqiures Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night World Size:   Large Type of World:  City, Island, Regular Town Description:  This large city does have a suburbia - something that was lacking in Bridgeport.  Sunshine and lots of space!
	Plum Grove Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions World Size:   Large Type of World:  Regular Town, Plum Farms Description:  This world features a tall watefall, town center and has sprawling plum fields everywhere adding to its beauty.
	Elmira City Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Part City / Part Rural Town, Mix of Everything Description:  This city brings you the best of both city living and a small, coastal town - divided so that neither can see the other.  This world does have a save file if you wanted a populated world.
	Monarch Bay Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Riverview World Size:   Large Type of World:  Regular Town, Trailer Park, Lots of Different Areas Description:  This world has a little bit of everything (including a trailer park by the railroad tracks) and extra lots for future EPs.
	Cascade Shores Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Colorful, Island, Universal Look Description:  This island features a beautiful cascading waterfall down the center with a beautiful autumn look!
	Elba Village Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only World Size:   Large Type of World:  Regular Town, Universal Look Description:  This larger world has an alternate little farming community on the other side of the coast.

Empty Worlds
	Laguna Coast Lite Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Ambitions + Late Night + Showtime World Size:   Large Type of World:  Half city area with run down area, half town with swamp Description:  Large world with a smaller number of lots (total of 61) to help with game processing.  There are mysterious waterfalls behind the hills a great place for fishing spots to find unicorns!  And there is fog in the swamp!
	Rosewood Hills Lite Requires Sims 3 Base Game + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night World Size:   Large Type of World:  Regular world with middle island Description:  Large world that is broken up into 5 main sections - the middle island is a great place for a bustling city and has a lower wharf area.  There are a few large lots by the airport and nuclear plant.  And then there are two residential areas.
	Pixie Gardens Lite Requires Sims 3 Base Game World Size:   Small Type of World:  Fantasy type fairy world Description:  This world has fantasy trees and all houses are on the outside perimeter.  All community lots are focused on the inner center of the island surrounded by rocks.  Largest lot is a 60x40 - most lots are small.  Has 3 lots - pool, library, books and grocery.
	Deery Meadows Lite Requires Sims 3 Base Game World Size:   Large Type of World:  Sprawling town with lots of lakes, creeks and pockets of forest.  Description:  This large world is located on the coast and has several lakes and creeks.  There are several lots and of varying sizes.  There is a center community strip and some beach areas.
	SimLua Isles Lite *Update for Island Paradise* Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night + Showtime + University + Island Paradise World Size:   Large Type of World:  Tropical islands with a city area, swamp and industrial area Description:  This trio of islands features three waterfalls, one on each island.  One island has a farming area with sugar cane fields, the other larger island has more farms, a swamp and town area.  The third island has an area for a city and an industrial area.  There is a version available that does NOT need University or Island Paradise.
	Storybrook County Lite Requires Sims 3 Base Game + WA World Size:   Large Type of World:  Half city area, half town with farmlands Description:  This map is divided to have a small town area with rolling farmlands and then a city side - each with a waterfall.  There are 131 lots available.  This world has all spawners and effects and is ready to be built!  There are no lots placed for sims and it is a simpack file - NOT the CAW files.  If you want this world built in, check out Storybrook County here.

Archived Worlds
	Anne Arbor - Archived Version Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations World Size:   Large Type of World:  Large city, small town, swamps, mountains, farms Description:  This bustling city has it all!  As a remake of Elmira City - to be on a larger, grander scale - this world has swamps, boat houses, a big city, swamps, farmlands, cabins in the mountains... everything!  This world does have a save file.  A new updated version of this world is now available.

	Al Shibalba Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions World Size:   Large Type of World:  Rural, Egyptian, Desert Description:  This expanding village is located in the heart of Egypt, complete with dirt roads and pyramids!
	Fort Collins Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions World Size:   Large Type of World:  Rural, Country, Mountains Description:  This world is an abandoned old military hub with wall ruins still in place with a country, earthy feel about it.  It is predominately empty but does have a few lots available.
	Anju Falls : New Era Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Remake of Anju Falls, Island, Tropical Description:  A modern remake of the previous Anju Falls, this island adds waterfalls, space and a new less rustic look.
	Meadow Glen Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only World Size:   Medium Type of World:  Rural, Farming, Regular Town, Universal Look Description:  This medium size rural town has a small mobile home park, small farming area and a homey look.  An updated version of this world is now available.  This world does have a save file if you wanted a populated world.
