Community Lots for Sims 3
One of the best things about Sims 3 (in our opinion!) is the ability to explore the world around your sims. What better way to utilize that than to get lots of great places to visit and meet other sims? Here you will find a variety of new community lots for your world. They are sorted according to lot type as most expansion packs bring a new type to the world! To install these lots simply download and unzip the file and double click the simpack file. Base Game Types
	Times Square Park Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Late Night Lot Size: 50x50 Furnished: $81,094 Stories: 1 Other: SYour sims will enjoy the scenic beauty provided in the Times Square Park. There are two bathrooms, subway access as well as several picnic areas to enjoy. There is also a sunken fountain with chess boards, perfect for the next tournament! This park is pictured in Anne Arbor.

	Columbus Pond Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions Lot Size: 40x40 Furnished: $6,486 Stories: 1 Other: This is just a simple fishing pond. Created for Anne Arbor to go at 202 Columbus Road.

	Far Western Beach Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x35 Furnished: $14,957 Stories: 1 Other: This lovely beach has bathrooms, a parking lot and a great place to lounge or roast marshmallows! Created for Elba Village at 3 Villagard Avenue.

	St. Marcus Church & Graveyard Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 40x40 Furnished: $98,032 Stories: 2 useable Other: This old church has been around for awhile and continues to offer valuable services. The graveyard is a peaceful resting place and inside is a nice place to get married and celebrate!

	Rustic Edge Playground Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x20 Furnished: $9,125 Stories: 1 Other: This quaint park has a small playground in the center and is surrounded by some nice landscaping and benches.

	East Ferry Church Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x20 Furnished: $67,233 Stories: 2 useable Other: This church offers sims a lovely place to get hitched or find eternal peace. Inside the church is a buffet area, seating and 2 bathrooms.

	St. John's Cathedral Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures Lot Size: 45x50 Furnished: $73x921 Stories: 1 useable Other: This charming church features both a nice place to get married or to have a party - or be buried.

Rabbit Holes
	Water Treatment Facility Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 64x64 Furnished: $93,245 Stories: 1 Other: If your sims want a prettier place to learn about gardening and cross breeding, then consider downloading this water treatment facility. It has plenty of parking in front, a fenced pond and garden area and some picnic tables in the back. Created in Meadow Glen Updated.

	Meadow Glen General Hospital Requires Sims 3 + Pets + Ambitions (for rabbit hole only) Lot Size: 45x45 Furnished: $27,302 Stories: 1 Other: Those with Meadow Glen Updated (or looking to change up their world) will be interested in this new hospital. This hospital replaces the one in Meadow Glen Updated which was giving me some issues with several sims trying to access the lot. It has a parking lot and fountain and is quite pretty. Please note that deleting your current hospital can restart your career.

	Meadow Glen Public Schools & Stadium Requires Sims 3 + Pets Lot Size: 60x40 Furnished: $11,799 Stories: 1 Other: Change up your neighborhood with the new school and stadium rabbit hole available with Pets! This lot has picnic tables and plenty of parking and curb appeal! This file has been updated on December 28th to create a pathway from the parking lot to the school entrance which was causing issues. It is to replace the current school in Meadow Glen Updated to solve this. Please note that deleting your current school can restart your career. To avoid this, please create a pathway as shown in the last picture.

	Harvard Area Academy Requires Sims 3 + Late Night Lot Size: 45x40 Furnished: $45,015 Stories: 1 Other: Modern community school to help offset the large amount of students being pushed into the one rural school in Anne Arbor. Meant to replace the skyscraper at 354 Pear Blvd.

	Doo Peas Towers & Sim Realty Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 40x40 Furnished: $109,954 Stories: 1 Other: Visit two great businesses in one! The towers have a nice area in the back with private bike parking and place to eat. The front has a garden, BBQ place and Realtor's office.

	Cherry Hill Police Department Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x30 Furnished: $17,067 Stories: 1 Other: Consider swapping out your police department for this one which is much more welcoming and has an employee break area in the back.

	Farmer's Market Requires Sims 3 Base Game Only Lot Size: 30x30 Furnished: $9,081 Stories: 1 Other: Sims who want to purchase farm fresh groceries should come to the Farmer's Market! There is a nice little BBQ area and on-site farm!

	Cambridge Baseball Park (Stadium Rabbithole) Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions Lot Size: 40x30 Furnished: $24,479 Stories: 1 + basement Other: If you dream of a simpler neighborhood, considering swapping out your oversized stadium for this baseball park! Furnished with two dugouts and "bathrooms" with a staircase to the stadium.
