Welcome to Cascade Shores, a beautiful island captured in the lovely Fall season with a cascading waterfall down the center.  This world has a great deal of beauty and different colors, taking full advantage of the pretty trees that were added with World Adventures.  It has all rabbit holes and places for future lot types.  Cascade Shores does have 2 known issues: there is a lot edge at the school.  Second and more importantly - sims can visit and access everything at the Sutliff Cemetary but they cannot click on the ground to redirect them.  This is an issue that was discovered and has to do with the water placement and so cannot be fixed.  There are two other locations behind the townhomes and the library that are close to the water and also cannot click on the ground.  If you can overlook those minor issues I am certain that you will enjoy being in this lovely world.  Please report any problems that you encounter with this world.  If you need help with installing this world or a save file, please see the FAQ.

	Cascade Shores Fire Station Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Lot Size:   25x25 Furnished:  $48,958 Stories:  2 + a basement Other:  This fire station has it all.  The upper level has entertainment and skill building, the lower level has sleeping and showers.  This lot was created for Cascade Shores and is intended to replace the existing home at 73 Sutliff Road.
	Main Street Salon Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Lot Size:   20x20 Furnished:  $64,917 Stories:  1 useable Other:  This salon is a remake of the salon created for the Pagoda Isles.  It has both a tattoo and salon parlour.  It was created for Cascade Shores and intended to replace the house at 30 Main Street.
	Elm Street Consignment Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Lot Size:   25x25 Furnished:  $44,578 Stories:  1 useable Other:  This consignment store is a remake of the one made for the Pagoda Isles except on a bigger lot.  It was created for Cascade Shores and intended to replace the "consignment shop" at 20 Elm St.
	Cascade Shores Landfill Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Lot Size:   35x35 Furnished:  $21,782 Stories:  1 Other:  This landfill has several junkpiles for your sims to go thru.  The building has bathrooms and a utility sink.  Created for Cascade Shores and to be placed at 80 Lower Valley North.
	55 Washburn Street Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures Lot Size:   15x15 Furnished:  $16,529 Bedrooms:  1 Bathrooms:   1     Stories:  1 Other:  This quaint home may not be high on space but does have some rather nice furnishings for a starter.  It is furnished for 2 sims with 2 single beds.  Created for Cascade Shores.
