Welcome to Plum Grove!

Welcome to Plum Grove, a lush, green town with rolling hills, meandering creeks and ripe plum fields scattered across the landscape! This fertile land has a town center in the middle and is connected by old stone bridges. There are lots of plum fields, as well as a baseball field, waterfall and some beach areas. This world uses a lot of dark colors. Please note some rabbit holes are buried in the basements of various lots. These are noted in the description of each lot. The original version has not been updated and since it will not likely be re-visited by myself, the CAW files have been made available. Please be respectful of my time and talent and do not claim this work as your own or upload it for download in another location.

If you do not want them in the basement, we recommend trying some of these custom rabbit hole rugs. You do need to request access to them - feel free to mention you were directed by My Sim Realty! There are a variety of mods that we enjoy at NRaas Industries that may enhance your gameplay as well, such as mods that stop certain types of traffic and that.

	Touchdown Sports Bar - Sports Bar Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Ambitions (optional for outdoor lights only) Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $93,955 Stories: 2 Other: The Touchdown Sports Bar features booths, bar, arcade and foosball on the main level. The basement has a stage for local music, more booths, bathrooms, darts and arcades. Created for Plum Grove to replace building at 64 Sheridan Court. There is also a version for Meadow Glen Updated which has a different exterior and does not use Ambitions at all - click here to download that lot.

	Palm Tree Club - Poolside Club Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 30x20 Furnished: $134,844 Stories: 3 Other: This tri-level poolside club features an arcade, lounge, bathrooms and pool on the main level. The 2nd level has a lookout tower and two bars. The top level has some dancing and a hot tub. Open for all sims to enjoy! Lot designed to replace reserved lot in Plum Grove at 79 Council Street.

	Apple Street Apartments Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $15,889 Bedrooms: 1 Bathrooms: 1 Stories: 1 useable Other: This bachelor pad features a raised living area, kitchen and back patio with a place to jam! This apartment has two bunk beds and a full bath to accomodate 4 sims... preferably ones who like to play music! This lot is meant to replace the reserved lot in Plum Grove located at 94 Council Street.

	Riverdale Apartments Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $13,154 Bedrooms: 1 Bathrooms: 1 Stories: 1 useable Other: This cozy apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open layout. There is a back patio off of the spacious living room. Tenants have access to a laundry area. Furnished for 2 sims. This lot is meant to replace the reserved lot in Plum Grove at 64 Council Street.

	Old Warehouse Studio Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 15x15 Furnished: $8,517 Bedrooms: 0 Bathrooms: 1 Stories: 2 useable Other: This older warehouse does not offer glam or glitz - just a small studio apartment on the 2nd level with its own private bath. Late Night is only required for the lot to function as an apartment. Created for Plum Grove to go at 11 Sheridan Court.
