Welcome to Meadow Glen, a cozy little town nestled in the foothills of rolling green hills!  This is an updated version of an old classic - if you are looking for the original Meadow Glen which only needs the base game, click here.  This open world has the town on one side and rolling farmlands across the river.  There are several fishing spots and if you have World Adventures, you'll find a little campground at one.  Plenty of space and lots for future EPs make this Meadow Glen superior to the original.  You can have both the original and this Meadow Glen installed at the same time.  Please report any problems that you encounter with this world.  If you need help with installing this world or a save file, please see the FAQ. 




 
Version 2.0 (uploaded 12-30-11) has the following fixes / edits:  9 Winding Lane staircase fixed, new hospital and school installed in world, deleted 644 Daisy Lane house which had some routing issues, changed front of lot on city hall, changed the sports bar to empty shop location, created a new fire station, added more pet toys in pet parks.  Be sure to back up your save file and update your world if you would like  :)

New Lots Available for This World...
	Touchdown Sports Bar - Sports Bar Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Ambitions Lot Size:   20x20 Furnished:  $97,973 Stories:  2 Other:   The Touchdown Sports Bar features booths, bar, arcade and foosball on the main level.  The  basement has a stage for local music, more booths, bathrooms,  darts and arcades.  This was the sports bar by the school that was in the original version and very popular but not included in version 2.0.
	Meadow Glen General Hospital Requires Sims 3 + Pets + Ambitions (for rabbit hole only) Lot Size:   45x45 Furnished:  $27,302 Stories:  1 Other:  Those with Meadow Glen Updated (or looking to change up their world) will be interested in this new hospital.  This hospital replaces the one in Meadow Glen Updated which was giving me some issues with several sims trying to access the lot.  It has a parking lot and fountain and is quite pretty.  Please note that deleting your current hospital can restart your career.  This lot is for the first version of Meadow Glen - Version 2.0 has this lot installed.
	Meadow Glen Public Schools & Stadium Requires Sims 3 + Pets Lot Size:   60x40 Furnished:  $11,799 Stories:  1 Other:  Change up your neighborhood with the new school and stadium rabbit hole available with Pets!  This lot has picnic tables and plenty of parking and curb appeal!  This file has been updated on December 28th to create a pathway from the parking lot to the school entrance which was causing issues.  It is to replace the current school in Meadow Glen Updated to solve this.  Doing this restarted my career so to avoid this, please create a pathway by picnic tables to school (see last picture).  This lot is for the first version of Meadow Glen - Version 2.0 has this lot installed.
