Welcome to the Winchester Farming Commuity.  If your sims are seeking solace away from the hustle and bustle of a city, complete with rolling farmlands, dirt roads and a little red schoolhouse, you will want to download this world.  Don't think though that your sims will be lacking in night life opportunities as this world also has several clubs and bars to enjoy that blend in with the rustic charm.  Please report any problems that you encounter with this world.

Requirements:  Version 2.0 requires:  Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night + Pets.  Version 3.0 is updated with Showtime and Supernatural.  There is an older archived version of this world that only requires WA - see that here. 

Included Lots:  This world has all base game rabbit holes, all Ambitions lots, all Pets lots, a local watering hole, dance club, exclusive club, and a poolside club.  There is also a public pool, library, gym, hotel (setup as a club), beaches, campgrounds and much to explore! 

Other Remarks:  Please note some rabbit holes are buried in the basements of various lots.  These are noted in the description of each lot.  If you do not want them in the basement, we recommend Jynx's Rabbit Hole rugs and the barn door for Pets.  There are a variety of mods that we enjoy at NRaas Industries that may enhance your gameplay as well, such as mods that stop certain types of traffic and that.

	Winchester Fair Grounds Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets + Seasons Lot Size:   50x30 Furnished:  Negative Value Stories:  2 Other:   This beautiful fair ground lot has a ton of fun for the whole family!  The lot itself has two bathrooms, a bar and dance floor inside the barn with pool and arcades up in the loft.  There is a festival for each season with all of the festival fun you'd expect - pumpkin patch, haunted house, kissing booths, pie eating contests and more!  Lot was created to replace the school house at 394 Lon Lon Drive in Winchester Farming Community - an alternate school house was created and can be found below.
	Winchester School House Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Pets + Generations + Seasons Lot Size:   30x20 Furnished:  $4,479 Stories:  1 + basement Other:  This quaint school house has a cozy little study area on the main floor as well as two bathrooms.  To the right you will find a little playground with a grill and picnic table.  The school rabbit hole is buried in the basement.  This lot was built to replace the current schoolhouse and be placed at 336 Crestwood Way in Winchester Farming Community (in order to open up space for a festival lot in Seasons).
	The Spanish Brew - Coffeehouse Requires Sims 3 + Pets + Showtime Lot Size:   20x20 Furnished:  $17,544 Stories:  1 Other:   Sims will enjoy curling up with a cozy book and some coffee at this small coffeehouse.  There is a stage for live entertainment and a small study room.  This venue was created for Winchester Farming Community and intended for 404 Bushwood.
	Hillbilly Harry's Rodeo - Live Show Venue Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets + Showtime Lot Size:   20x20 Furnished:  $28,815 Stories:  2 Other:   At Hillbilly Harry's, your sims can enjoy a live show as well as darts, arcade machines and a bull machine.  The 2nd level also has a bar.  This venue was created for Winchester Farming Community and intended for 441 Hillbilly Road.
