One of the best things about Sims 3 (in our opinion!) is the ability to explore the world around your sims. What better way to utilize that than to get lots of great places to visit and meet other sims? Here you will find a variety of new community lots for your world. They are sorted according to lot type as most expansion packs bring a new type to the world! To install these lots simply download and unzip the file and double click the simpack file. Late Night Add-Ons
	The Belladonna Exclusive - Exclusive Club Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + WA (for a few decor items only) Lot Size: 40x30 Furnished: $72,154 Stories: 3 + lobby Other: tri-level exclusive club with a lounge area on the 1st floor and a pool with bar on the 2nd. The 3rd level is for level 3 celebrities and higher... but you may be able to pay your way in. The VIP area has another bar, bubble table and lounge with view of the pool. The outdoor area has a place for a food truck and parking garage as well. There are several bathrooms on various levels.

	Fuscia Gardens Lounge - Fusion Club Requires Sims 3 + Late Night Lot Size: 40x30 Furnished: $108,711 Stories: 1 + lobby Other: SQuaint but cute little fusion bar with a stage and booths and bubble bar on the one side, and more booths and th bar on the other. There is a lobby with bathrooms.

	Tucan Sam's Beachside Lounge - Poolside Club Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets + WA (optional for 3 decor items) Lot Size: 20x30 Furnished: $51,055 Stories: 1 Other: Spice up your sims' night life with this inconspicuous poolside club! This club has a live music stage with dancing and a bar with plenty of seating. The large pool is in the middle of a little veranda and also has a hot tub. Great times are to be had at Tucan Sam's!

	The Dirty Dixie - Dive Bar Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets Lot Size: 20x30 Furnished: $60,030 Stories: 2 Other: This bar has a bar has an arcade room, bathrooms, bar and stage on the main level. There is a parking lot in the back. The upper level has some booths and shuffleboard.

	Touchdown Sports Bar - Sports Bar Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Ambitions (optional for outdoor lights only) Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $93,955 Stories: 2 Other: The Touchdown Sports Bar features booths, bar, arcade and foosball on the main level. The basement has a stage for local music, more booths, bathrooms, darts and arcades. Created for Plum Grove to replace building at 64 Sheridan Court. 	Oasis Beachside Club - Poolside Club Requires Sims 3 + Late Night Lot Size: 30x30 Furnished: $85,727 Stories: 2 Other: This beachside pool club features a pool, lounge areas and bar on the main level. There is also a hidden subway for easy access. In the basement your sims will find a large stage, dance floor, bar and booths to enjoy. This club is pictured in Winslow Lane.

	Columbus Station - Subway Station Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $4,335 Stories: 1 Other: This is just a simple subway station to make your commute a little shorter. There are two benches and trash cans. Created for Anne Arbor to go at 126 Columbus Road.

	Broadway Disco Boogie - Disco Club Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 25x40 Furnished: $101,812 Stories: 2 Other: This colorful club features two private dancing "cages", arcade machines, two bars and a large dancing area in front of the stage for live music. It is open to all sims who want to have a good time. This club is pictured in Anne Arbor.

	MuMacker Tavern - Watering Hole Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 30x30 Furnished: $43,112 Stories: 2 Other: This older barn is now a local watering hole. It has a bar, arcade machines, darts, lots of booths, dance floor and stage for local artists to perform. Created for Monarch Bay to go at 56 Prairie Dog Circle.

	Palm Tree Club - Poolside Club Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 30x20 Furnished: $134,844 Stories: 3 Other: This tri-level poolside club features an arcade, lounge, bathrooms and pool on the main level. The 2nd level has a lookout tower and two bars. The top level has some dancing and a hot tub. Open for all sims to enjoy! Lot designed to replace reserved lot in Plum Grove at 79 Council Street.

	House of Ill Repute - Dive Bar Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations Lot Size: 20x25 Furnished: $57,077 Stories: 2 useable Other: This building has a dive bar on the main level with shuffleboard, a large booth and darts. Thru the small gate, you can access the upstairs which has two rooms that are rented by the minute - not the hour. Created for Redwood Harbor to replace the reserved building located at 17 Pier Pass.

	The Sea Shack - Watering Hole Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $33,183 Stories: 1 Other: This small watering hole offers a place to kick back to the local residents. It has a bar, two bathrooms, places to sit, an arcade area and darts, as well as a stage for live music. Created for Redwood Harbor to replace the reserved building at 19 Sea Shack Way.

	Old Vincent's Tavern - Watering Hole Requires Sims 3 + Late Night Lot Size: 20x20 Furnished: $13,587 Stories: 2 Other: This older watering hole is a smaller bar where everyone knows your name and all are welcome to join! There is a bar, grilling area, fire pit and small bathrooms on the main floor. Upstairs you will find shuffleboard, darts and foosball. This lot was made for Meadow Glen and is intended to replace the house at 21 Dandelion Circle.
