	Black Bean Coffeehouse All Expansion Packs Are Recommended Lot Size:   30x20 Furnished:  $56,888 Stories:  2 Other:   This coffeehouse has free wifi along with plenty of USB and power ports! There are live shows on the 2nd level and a great patio with picnic areas, lectures and a bar. The main level offers our infamous coffee, lounge areas, photo booth and an arcade.
	SimLau Stadium Requires Sims 3 + University + Showtime Lot Size:   64x64 Furnished:  $83,864 Stories:  1 Other:   This stadium offers your sims the option to not only join the athletic career and attend games, but also has a big show venue inside for only the best performers.  It was built to go in SimLau Isles on Petra Drive.
	Prim Posy Coffeehouse Requires Sims 3 + Late Night + Pets + Showtime + Supernatural + Seasons + University + Island Paradise + Into the Future + Indulgent Bakery Lot Size:   20x30 Furnished:  $58,864 Stories:  1 + basement Other:   The Prim Posy Coffeehouse has a stage downstairs for live shows, as well as bathrooms.  There is also another bathroom on the main level in the coffee shop area, where there is a piano and lots of books to enjoy.  The other side of the building houses the bulk of the bakery with a small kitchen.  This was built in Anne Arbor to replace the current coffeehouse.
