What better way to utilize that than to get lots of great places to visit and meet other sims? Here you will find a variety of new community lots for your world. They are sorted according to lot type as most expansion packs bring a new type to the world! To install these lots simply download and unzip the file and double click the simpack file. 	Storybrooke City Fire Department Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Late Night Lot Size: 40x25 Furnished: $174,197 Stories: 2 + basement Other: If your firefighters are looking to upgrade their facility, this modern fire department is the ticket! The main level features bathrooms, reading areas, kitchen, foosball and an office.
